Coopératives et Mutuelles Canada

Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada (CMC) is the national member-driven association for Canadian co-operatives and mutuals. We represent all sizes and types of co-operatives and mutuals from all sectors. We unite, engage, and lead the co-operative and mutualist movement by building bridges, breaking barriers, and advancing its priorities nationally through government advocacy and public promotion, as well as internationally through the International Cooperative Alliance and the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation.

We are a co-operative and our members are co-operative organisations and organisations which support co-operatives and co-operation. By promoting shared wealth through member ownership, we are committed to enable anyone in the UK to form, or join, thriving and sustainable co-ops. Our vision is to build a better world through co-operation. Our mission is to empower and grow the UK’s co-operative economy by being the voice of co-operation and member ownership.

DotCooperation

DotCooperation was formed in 2001 by the National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International (NCBA CLUSA) as a subsidiary, to help cooperatives worldwide create a strong online presence and strengthen the cooperative movement. In 2012, a strategic restructuring took place. We became jointly owned by NCBA CLUSA and the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), two organizations who believe that when cooperatives thrive, everyone benefits.

IFFCO

IFFCO was registered as a multi-unit Cooperative Society on 3rd November 1967. Over the past 53 years, IFFCO has emerged as one of the most successful cooperative societies in India, all the while staying true to its objective of empowering the rural communities of India.

International Cooperative Alliance

The International Cooperative Alliance unites, represents and serves cooperatives worldwide. Founded in 1895, it is one of the oldest non-governmental organisations and one of the largest ones measured by the number of people represented: 1 billion cooperative members on the planet. ICA is the apex body representing cooperatives, which are estimated to be around 3 million worldwide, providing a global voice and forum for knowledge, expertise and coordinated action for and about cooperatives.

National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International

The National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International (NCBA CLUSA) is the primary voice in the United States for people who use cooperatives to build a better world. NCBA CLUSA works to build a better world and a more inclusive economy that empowers people to contribute to shared prosperity and well-being for themselves and future generations. By leveraging the shared resources of the cooperative movement, we seek to engage, partner with and empower people from all walks of life—particularly those left behind by a shifting economy and facing the greatest economic and societal barriers. We achieve this vision through collaborative partnerships in development, advocacy, public awareness and thought leadership.

National Co+op Grocers

National Co+op Grocers (NCG) is a business services cooperative for retail food co-ops located throughout the United States. NCG represents 165 food co-ops operating 240 stores in 39 states with combined annual sales over $2.6 billion and serving over 1.3 million consumer-owners. NCG provides the capacity of a chain while maintaining the autonomy of each individual co-op. This helps unify retail food co-ops in order to optimize operational and marketing resources, strengthen purchasing power, and ultimately offer more value to food co-op owners and shoppers everywhere.

United States Federation of Worker Cooperatives

The United States Federation of Worker Cooperatives (USFWC) is the national grassroots membership organization for worker cooperatives and democratic workplaces. Our mission is to build a thriving ecosystem for worker-owned and controlled businesses and their cooperative leaders to power movements for racial justice and economic democracy. Our Federation includes over 400 business and organizational members.  We represent the 1,000 estimated worker co-ops and their 10,000 workers across the country. We organize through local cooperative networks while building power with national and international partners to advance an agenda for economic justice rooted in community-based, shared ownership.

Workers.coop

workers.coop is a UK-based federation of worker co-ops, founded in 2022. As the network and voice for worker cooperation, we bring co-ops and supporters together as a movement, to advance our shared interests and become stronger. We collaborate to reach our training, political and commercial goals, and to spread the word about cooperation among new generations and groups of workers.
